Experienced practitioners are already using patterns that reliably produce value with AI. Nobody has named them. Nobody has given the industry a shared vocabulary for talking about them. Until now.
"AI Success Patterns are not new ideas dressed in new language. They are proven disciplines applied to a context that is actively resisting them — and a vocabulary for recognizing when that resistance is costing you value."

Five patterns, documented in the five-element structure: Name, Context, Problem, Solution, Value Consequence. Released into the public domain. Use them, challenge them, refine them.
Every practitioner who has found a reliable path to value with AI has patterns they are carrying in their head that nobody else can see. This is the invitation to name them.
These failure modes have been identified and named. The full five-element patterns are in development. If you have lived through one of these — send a direct message.
In 1994, Erich Gamma, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson, and John Vlissides published Design Patterns — not to invent new programming concepts, but to name and codify patterns that experienced developers were already using intuitively. Singleton. Observer. Factory. Decorator. Those words became the common language of software engineering for thirty years.
We are at that exact inflection point with AI. The patterns exist. The industry does not yet have the vocabulary. This library is the beginning of that vocabulary — built in public, released into the public domain, open to every practitioner who has a pattern to contribute.
Founded by Greg Stellflue, Chief AI Evangelist at Level 5ive Consulting. All patterns released into the public domain.
If you have a repeatable approach that reliably produces value with AI, grounded in real experience, we want to document it. Use the five-element structure: Name, Context, Problem, Solution, Value Consequence.

Level 5ive Consulting →The Gang of Four patterns took a community of practitioners a decade to accumulate. AI Success Patterns starts today. Every named pattern is a contribution to an industry vocabulary that belongs to everyone.
